C.A Property Management was established in 2005/06. We are a family run business. I am British and lived here for nearly ten years and my wife is born and bred right here in Trogir near Split where we carry out our business. This combination is perfect for making our business in this area so much more efficient.
There was only a limited market to speak of for this particular business a few years ago until the property market in Croatia opened up to the rest of the world. Obviously there are rules & regulations to owning property and sub letting. The laws are changing regularly to control the escalating growth in this market.
This can be a bit of a minefield for anyone, never mind a foreign investor. We are here to provide you with this service among many others to make the transition painless and trouble free. We keep up to date on a regular basis with the ever changing market and laws so we can provide you with swift and reliable answers to all your questions regarding setting up a company here to enable you to own and if you want, rent.
OK, so you have bought a property and now you require a professional company to manage it for you. Yes, you can get a friendly next door neighbour to look in once and a while.
